Discontinuation of Zoho Sites old version

Greetings from Zoho Sites Team!

First off, we would like to thank you for being a long time user of Zoho Sites. For the last few months, you would have noticed a banner at the top of your Zoho Sites old UI site builder informing about discontinuation of our old site builder. The old version of Zoho site builder will be discontinued on July 31, 2021.

We had launched the new site builder back in January 2018. It is more consistent and offers a whole lot of features when compared to the old UI site builder. Unlike the old UI, the new version comes with full-width parallax themes that are responsive and fits any screen by default. It also comes loaded with 190+ pre-built content sections.

How to migrate to the new UI?

Drop us an email at support@zohosites.com with the URL and/or the name of the site that you would like to migrate, and we will get the content of your site migrated to the new UI.

Note:

1. The structure of templates used in the old UI and the new UI is different, due to which the design in the new site may not be the same as that of your old site. However, the new UI comes loaded with extensive customization options, using which you can change the layout and design or your site and make it look even more professional in a few clicks.

2. Content (images, text, files etc., excluding forms, form data and dynamic content) of your existing website will be migrated.

3. The new UI does not offer a free plan. Users may choose between the Starter or Pro plan for the new site based on the features they use in their website. If you do not wish to migrate to the new UI, and if you would like to take your website content and host it elsewhere, you may download your site by logging in to your site builder and going to Manage > Settings > Download Site.

4. As you are an existing user, we will be providing a 10% discount when you purchase a subscription (applicable for both monthly and annual) for the migrated site.
