We’re updating our Privacy Notice and Terms of Service

Back in April, we made an exciting announcement that we entered an agreement to be acquired by Square. Since then, we've been working hard to figure out how to best team up to create more tools and better experiences for you to help grow your business. To that end, we've updated our Privacy Notice and Terms of Service to help clarify some of the changes due to the acquisition. Here's some of what's new: Now referring to our Privacy Policy as a "Privacy Notice" More detail around how Weebly uses customer data, including sharing customer data with our affiliates Updated contact information and company information related to Square Updated our arbitration provision What you should do: We encourage you to review the updated Terms and Privacy Notice(s) in full, which will apply to you if you continue to use our products and services on and after September 18, 2018.
